What we won’t do.

Most services in this category ask for your portal login so they can book on your behalf. We think that’s a bad trade, so we built the other thing.

We never ask for your visa login: We only read the same public pages you can. We'll never ask for your VFS or TLScontact password, and we can't book, change or cancel anything on your account.
We barely know who you are: Just an email address, and a mobile number if you want texts or calls. No passport number, no documents, no travel plans — and no password to create.
If we can't see a route, we say so: Appointment sites go down. When that happens we tell you on the page instead of showing an empty space, because "nothing available" and "we couldn't look" are very different things when you're waiting.
Nothing renews without you: Plans last 30 days and then simply stop. No subscription, no card kept on file, no reminder emails you have to unsubscribe from. Got your appointment on day three? You're done.
